NeedWe're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to partner
closely with Product and Engineering to help us consistently
improve the Clasp experience for all stakeholders. You should care
deeply about user experience and enjoy noticing when something
feels off. You'll help us ship confidently by making sure features
work as expected, flagging bugs early, and giving feedback from a
user's perspective. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to take
on more ownership-whether that's digging into code, designing
workflows, or managing features end-to-end.What You'll Do:
- Test new features before they launch to help us catch bugs and
UX gaps early
- Write detailed test cases that support engineers in improving
automation
- Own and evolve the testing strategy across Clasp's
platform
- Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure the UI matches
our design system
- Help prioritize features and fixes based on what matters most
to users
- Triage, manage, and track bug reports through resolution
- As you grow: Take on product management or engineering projects
that match your interestsWhat You'll Need:
- A sharp eye for detail and a low tolerance for broken or
confusing experiences
- Clear written communication-you can describe issues so others
can take action
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and
Agile processes
- Comfort using tools like Jira, Notion, and Figma
- Experience working with students or early-career users
- Curiosity about how software works and a willingness to dig
into technical details
- Ability to navigate web apps and pick up new tools quickly
- A proactive mindset-you notice things, speak up, and follow

alongside a stellar team$75,000 - $95,000 a yearThe salary range
for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the
candidate's experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge,
ranging between $75,000 to $95,000 annually. In addition to the
base salary, we offer an attractive equity component as part of our
compensation package, providing an opportunity for eligible
