Counselors to provide overnight supervision and support for

Academy Founded in 2003, MPA is a nonprofit dedicated to helping
adolescents discover a “zest for life” and succeed in the “business
of life.” We specialize in serving youth with complex behavioral
and mental health needs through trauma-informed care , residential
programs , and experiential learning . Our Mission: To provide a
caring, safe therapeutic environment where students can grow,
self-regulate, and develop confidence and competency. Your Role: As
an Awake Overnight Counselor , you'll provide overnight supervision
and support for youth in our care, ensuring safety and stability
during critical hours. Responsibilities include: Monitoring and
supporting students overnight Assisting with bedtime and morning
routines Providing crisis support and maintaining a safe
environment Documenting incidents and progress accurately Building

degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with
youth OR 7 years of parenting experience Valid driver's license
