They are responsible for meeting sales goals, managing customer relationships, and handling necessary paperwork. Core responsibilities Customer interaction: Greet customers, determine their needs, and guide them through the selection of vehicles. Product knowledge: Study and understand the features and specifications of various car models to effectively present them to potential buyers. Administrative tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and financing documents. Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate new leads. Ancillary sales: Sell additional products like accessories, warranties, and service plans. Dealership support: Assist with showroom setup, update the customer database, and communicate with other departments like service. Requirements: Required skills and qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a wide range of customers. Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate prices and overcome customer objections to finalize sales.
