Role Overview:As aSenior Data AnalystatOur Client, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating actionable insights, and driving data-based decision-making across various teams. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize the company's SaaS offerings, enhance customer success, and improve operational performance. The role will involve leveraging advanced analytics to influence business strategies and growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer usage patterns, financial performance, and product metrics to provide insights that guide business decisions.
• Business Intelligence: Develop and maintainadvanced dashboardsanddata modelsusing tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL to support key stakeholders across the organization.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to optimize product features and marketing strategies based on data insights.
• Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Use statistical models to predict future trends and help inform strategic business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in current reporting processes, suggesting improvements to streamline workflows and ensure accurate reporting.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, ensuring high-quality work and timely project delivery.Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency inSQL,Python(or similar programming languages), anddata visualization tools(such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.). Familiarity withdata warehousingandcloud platforms(AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to apply data analysis methodologies, statistical modeling, and A/B testing to derive insights.
  • SaaS Experience: Familiarity with SaaS business models, subscription-based metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, LTV, churn rate), and customer lifecycle analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree inData Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
