The role of this position is to direct, control and monitor the activities of the company's service technicians while maximizing opportunities and having a "flexible" mentality. -What can we do for you?

  • Pay from $25-30/hour -Job Responsibilities of Dispatch Supervisor:
    • Supervising dispatchers in all aspects of their jobs, including scheduling, training, and performance management
    • Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician to each service appointment.
    • Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuing proficient, quality customer experiences.
    • Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
    • Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.
    • Follow up on leads and unsold work from our technicians.
    • Strong verbal and written communications.
    • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
    • Developed a proven track record in customer service. -Job Requirements for our next Dispatch Supervisor
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in related industry dispatch and coordination.
      • Residential Home Services experience preferred
      • Supervisory experience preferred
      • Geographical knowledge of service area and/or map reading skills.
      • Advanced communication and customer service skills.
      • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
      • Strong verbal and written communications.
      • Ability to build trust, defuse conflict and hold others accountable.
      • Proficient computer knowledge
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills -
      • Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
      • Excellent ability to multi-task
