Job Description:

Position: The Environmental Services Technician will be responsible for maintaining OSHA and DPH compliant cleaning and disposal.Authority and Supervision:Report directly to the Environmental Services Team Lead or designeeDuties and Responsibilities:Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuanaregulationsWork closely with all departments to ensure OSHA compliant cleaning in specific areasResponsible for day-to-day environmental and disposal work at the cultivation siteAccurate collection, weighing and recording of marijuana waste disposalUtilize sterile techniques to ensure all grow room surfaces are free of pathogensWorks in a timely manner and strives to increase productivityMonitors inventory levels for environmental supplies and chemicalsQualificationsHigh school Diploma or equivalent requiredAge 21 or over (Required)Experience in custodial or environmental services preferredAbility to accurately calculate and document weights and measuresPassionate about the importance of medical marijuanaPhysical capability: Indoor growing environment. Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, andconsistent attention to detail for 10 hours per day. Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously.
