We are seeking a highly dependable, proactive, and resourceful
Executive Support Specialist to support the Axon President in our
Boston office. This individual will serve as the President's
right-hand person on the ground, ensuring that day-to-day
operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a high-trust,
high-impact role that requires someone who is service-oriented,
detail-focused, and eager to maximize the productivity of our
Executive team. You will work closely with the President's Senior
Executive Assistant (based in Arizona) to ensure seamless
operational and administrative support. This position is required
to be based in the Boston office full-time (5 days/week).
What You'll Do
- Serve as the in-office support for the President, managing all
local logistics and day-to-day support needs.
- Offer administrative support to key Axon executives visiting
the Boston office
- Prepare for in-person meetings and events with the President
(e.g., printing candidate resumes, setting up A/V equipment,
etc).
- Greet and host internal and external visitors at the
office
- Manage local events and logistics for meetings, including
catering, supplies, and room setup
- Support the Senior Executive Assistant for the President (based
out of Scottsdale) with administrative needs and scheduling
- Manage and support leadership expenses and approvals
- Manage ticket allocation and communications for company events
(e.g. local event tickets)
- Plan and coordinate details for events and team off-sites
- Anticipate the President's needs and proactively address issues
before they arise
- Effectively communicate with executives, leaders and team
members across the organization
- Handle business, company, and personnel details of a highly
confidential and sensitive nature
What You Bring
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization
skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Dependable, reliable, flexible, honest, and trustworthy with
the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and
confidentiality at all times
- Ability to manage, prioritize and advance numerous mission
critical projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Focus on quality and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
