LIFE SCIENCES LICENSING ASSOCIATE (2375)DescriptionOur client seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Life Sciences group. The ideal candidate will have expertise in intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, and other technology transactions, as well as IP support for corporate transactions in the life sciences sector. Experience in drafting and negotiating IP licenses, joint development, collaboration agreements, technology licenses, services agreements, and distribution agreements is essential. The role also requires performing IP and technology transaction due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
