Job Description:

Required Skills / Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role in ETL testing and data testing within the banking and financial domain
• Expertise in testing ETL processes, data quality, data migration, and data integrity verification
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies specific to ETL and data testing
• Strong understanding of SQL, database systems, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and cases for data-centric projects
• Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking, project management, and test case management
• Familiarity with ALM tools for test planning and execution
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: Certifications in ETL testing or related domains, knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking and finance
