Members of the program also complete in-house training that focuses on Contracts Management and Business Acumen at BAE Systems.Personal Growth: The program seeks to facilitate the growth of an individual's leadership skills and style through the various training and networking opportunities. • Bachelor's degree with a business related focus or liberal arts.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Capacity and motivation for hard work
• Ability and willingness to relocate and work at various BAE Systems' sites
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a US Department of Defense security clearance

  • Internship/Co-op or project experience in related fieldPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $53680 - $91300Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
