Encore is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to our Pawtucket, RI office!Encore is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial-spirited organization seeking to add talent to our accounting team with the addition of an Accounts Payable Extraordinaire. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for executing the payables-process start to finish. This includes:Collating invoices from daily mailEnsuring bills are properly allocated to the corresponding job or projectVerifying accuracy of bills against purchase ordersEntering invoices for paymentCommunicating with senior level accounting and finance teams regarding outstanding account balances with recommendations for paymentExecuting daily/weekly check runsThis Payables position is not for the faint of heart! Our pace is fast and our volume is high.
