Job Description:
Looking for a reliable employee to coordinate service at a busy
forklift company.
Responsibilities Include:
-Working with customers and field service mechanics to identify
required maintenance and dispatch breakdown calls
-Advise customers on necessary and suggested services
-Compute costs of replacement parts and labor to repair trucks
-Process service invoices from mechanics tablets (IPADS) for
invoicing
-Assist service manager as needed
Skills/Requirements
-Experience in part/service industry emphasis on coordinating
service responsibilities with service technicians
-Dependable computer skills
-Some mechanical aptitude
-Customer relations skills
