Title: Global Business Development Coordinator - REMOTE
Location: Remote - RI USA
Duration: 06+ Months
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Global Business Development Coordinator Temp position will assist the Global Business Development team in managing the process of managing third party intellectual property (IP) opportunities from beginning to end.
  
• The GBD Coordinator Temp will participate in the coordination and execution of activities including handling third party IP solicitations, making all toy & game teams aware of opportunities, and supporting teams in when they decide to further pursue licensing third party IP and communication with third party IP owners.
  
• This will include, but not be limited to updating third party IP prospect tracker, updating movie release tracker, ensuring that teams are notified via automated email, drafting license request forms (LRFs) and working with teams to package LRFs for signature by senior leadership, managing DocuSign process, keeping LRF tracker up to date, working with GBD team and toy and game teams, to keep team deal tracker up to date, keeping GBD internal filing system organized and drafting deal proposals based on feedback from all internal parties; and other activities, as needed.
  
• Coordinator will also participate in regular meetings with GBD team and multiple other toy and game teams as needed.
