Position Summary:In this role, you will bring a modernized approach to learning and will be responsible for developing and executing Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to enhance individual and business performance. You will act as a Learning Generalist with a focus on partnering, instructional design and technology solutions and implementation. You will design blended learning content and collateral and analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.Primary Functions:Partnering:Conduct L&D needs analysis for assigned departments and develop learning solutions to address functional and development needs.Provide thought leadership of effective and creative learning solutions; modernize learning approach via new and creative ways to engage and motivate learnersAnalyze, identify, define, execute, and measure the effectiveness of learning across constituent groups. Create consistent experience for learnersInstructional Design:Design and develop learning modules, web-based training sessions, instructor-led training guides, and supporting materials following an instructional design process. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content through working with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs Research and recommend the most effective learning solutions to appropriately address the needs of the organization. Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.) Technology/Tools/Systems:Research and implement new technologies. (LMS, content libraries, etc.) Develop robust central content library /improve and refine existing contentUnderstand digital learning trends and current emerging learning technologiesManage overall learning tools, platforms, and vendorsFocus on digital learning solutions and gamification strategies to solve for knowledge requirements. Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, Organizational Effectiveness, or equivalent. Five to eight years' experience.Strong proficiency with instructional design concepts and experience building full scale learning solutionsDemonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and related workplace issuesStrong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detailCollaborator and a team-player with an inclusive mindset.Ability to build great relationships at all levels of organizations.A desire to continuously learn, work hard and have fun A passion for travel a must
