So, what are you waiting for? Your journey starts here. Job Summary:The Virtual Event and Training Specialist leads projects proactively to help drive overall sales for the company. Orchestrating live & on-demand virtual presentations from preparation to follow-up. This individual collaborates with in-house staff, outside sales team, group leaders and travel agents to create a truly positive experience for clients. The individual will work with their team to schedule marketing webinars, prepare and distribute materials for each feature; facilitate the live online presentations; present with creativity, charisma, and a keen understanding of the product; analyze post-event attendee registrations/comments; and implement program improvement initiatives. The ideal individual will be experienced in the field of travel and will have previously coordinated online trainings and events.Job Functions:

• Collaborate with markets and channels, and lead in the creation and execution of Collette's webinar calendar through all stages of presentation development, production; and take the necessary steps to keep the presenter/presentation on the established schedules.
• Support all marketing activities, including presentations at live events and collaboration with execution of marketing campaigns from concept to post-production efforts.
• Host monthly virtual trainings for travel agents, group leaders, and internal staff, for the USA, Canada and Australia.
• Conduct internal training sessions through co-op initiatives.
• Co-host with BDMs the consumer facing webinars.
• Record and host video on-demand presentations and live events
• Produce Collette talks and run pilot program of Collette podcasts.
• Identify and validate data to ensure key objectives are met.
• Execute programs against project plan: action items, owners, due dates, statuses, issues, lessons learned and risks.
• Be up to date in regard to changing webinar and web conference technology and report out findings
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure achievement of team goals. Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Three to five years' experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams
  • Experience using ON24 Platform
  • Experience on virtual and in person presentations.
  • Passion for travel as a product, specifically guided travel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adjust to change in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work autonomously with proficient time management skills
