possibilities We Want to Talk to You! The Difference You Make: The
Sr. Associate, Application Development serves as a senior level
developer and/or project manager for multiple application
initiatives. Analyzes, designs, develops and maintains software
applications to support business units. Controls and/or provides
solutions to single and/or multiple organizations, with minimal
management guidance. Provides advanced technical expertise in
analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software
applications to project schedule. Oversees systems design and
implementation of most complex design components. Creates project
plans and deliverables and monitors task deadlines. The incumbent
oversees, maintains and supports existing software applications and
provides subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and
resolving complex issues. - Programs in operating systems and
programming languages- Python, R, Java , Scala - Design, develop,
and maintain data-driven applications and services that integrate
with banking systems - Build data pipelines and maintain automation
frameworks to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual
intervention. - Leverage SQL to build data models, optimize
queries, and manage structured data in relational databases and
cloud platforms - Provides highest degree of technical engineering
and support to the team. - Collaborate with product owners, data
scientists, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions -
Evaluates, directs and supports Web Application Server system
enhancements and performs quality assurance functions. - Ensure
security, performance, and regulatory compliance of applications
within a banking context. - Acts as a subject matter expert (SME)
while providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other team
members. - Good knowledge of data quality & data management
platforms (Informatica is a plus ). What You Bring: To perform this

or equivalent work experience: Information Technology or equivalent
field. 9 Years Information Technology, Technical Application
Development, or similar experience. - Strong command of SQL and
experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL,
Oracle, Snowflake). - Knowledge of automation frameworks such as
Power Automate, Python scripting, or equivalent. - Hands-on
experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
including services such as Lambda, S3, Azure Functions, or
BigQuery. - Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka,
Pub/Sub). - Understanding of financial data domains such as
transactions, risk, fraud, or customer 360 - Familiar with the
Power BI/Tableau for building governance dashboards. - Proficient
in Python or R for data analysis and model development. - Good
exposure to Risk or Finance data domains & processes. - Ability to
continually assess and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies
against the strategic business needs and interpret business value
for the leadership team in a consultative capacity. It Would Be

military service, or education. What Else You Need To Know: The
base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the
annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the
annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact
compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training,
licensure and certifications and location. Base Pay Range Minimum:
