Job Description:

Are you a seasoned User Experience Developer with the ability to lead and support front end application development?Are you willing and able to drive design system repository and web component configuration for reuse enterprise-wide?If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in the Providence area.Responsibilities of the Principal UX Developer:

• Lead and support front end application development across multiple applications in a portfolio
• Manage and contribute to design system portfolio
• Work with development leads to evolve development practice
• Mentor others on the value of the design system Requirements of the Principal UX Developer:
  • Extensive experience leading design development on multiple applications in a complex industry
  • Experience developing web applications leveraging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Expert knowledge of TypeScript, JSX, ES6; advanced experience with Angular and React
  • In-depth experience with responsive and mobile design, cross-browser development, and cross-platform compatibility issues and workarounds
  • Ability to lead design development for end-to-end digital experiences
  • Focused on crafting and delivering best in class user experiences
