Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance
with all traffic laws and regulations. Transport goods to various
local destinations in a timely manner. Conduct pre-trip and
post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and
compliance. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and
fuel consumption. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other
team members to coordinate deliveries. Load and unload cargo as
needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods. Adhere to
company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Qualifications Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred. Strong
knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns. Ability to lift
heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail
and commitment to safety. Must pass a background check and drug
screening.
