Job Description We are a Tire Wholesale Company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Growing Team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing Tire product information and resolving any issues and concerns. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints on Tires and Deliveries Provide information about Tire products and Delivery services Troubleshoot and resolve any Tire product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Assist with warehouse duties when needed Assist with deliveries when needed Make outbound calls --- Qualifications: Previous experience in Tire Sales and Customer Service General tire knowledge Willingness to assist in the warehouse Wllingness to participate in online training and outside training on tire sales Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid Drivers License Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience
