- Seeking a board-certified physician, family nurse practitioner,
or physician assistant
- Reason for need: growth
- Group owns 11 locations in the surrounding Boston area - they
are looking to hire multiple providers over the next few
months
- They are seeking providers who focus on clinical quality and
have an evidence-based approach to medicine
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be a
team player
- The Clinical Leadership Team trains all providers;
additionally, they work side-by-side with the providers and are in
the clinics every day
- Candidate would float between several sites within a regional
"pod"
- Depending on the site, they offer single or double provider
coverage
- Clinic hours are 8a-8p
- Shifts are 6/10/12 hours in length
- Must be comfortable seeing 45-50 patients per day
- While they prefer full-time candidates, they are open to
part-time
- Full-timers work 36-42 hours a week, including every other
weekend
- Must see ages 1 year and older
- Candidate must have experience with:
- Laceration repair
- Incision and drainage of abscess
- Foreign body removal
- EKG interpretation
- Interpretation of chest and extremity x-rays
- Client is open to new grads as long as they have had hands-on
experience with the skills listed above
- Provider will perform initial wet reads on x-rays with
subsequent Radiologist over read
- Group provides DOT certification for all of their
providers
- Must be licensed in Massachusetts
- Must have ACLS and PALS (or willing to obtain) prior to start
of employment
- EMR: Experity
