providing Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children
and adults. Our nurses work 1-on-1 with patients in their homes,

Diverse Cases : Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general
nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our
patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding
dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator
support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management
needs, or diabetic maintenance. Pay Rates : Our pay rates vary
based on credentials & differentials: RN : $57.68/$59.68/$61.68 per
hour LPN : $41.50/$43.50/$45.50 per hour Benefits Package : We

qualifications: Licensure : Nurses must hold a valid RN or LPN
license in the state of Massachusetts. Experience & Clinical

handling diverse medical conditions. While we welcome new grads,
having some clinical experience is beneficial. Our cases range from
general nursing care to complex ICU-level home care, so a diverse

high-quality care. Our focus extends beyond medical needs to the
