NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. What You’ll Do: Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary Who You Are: Have your Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload Afternoon and evening availability is a plus! Must be able to provide services in-office. Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield Premiums paid for: Non-English language capacity Experience Select clinical specialties Benefits: Summer Fun Fridays!
