Occupational Therapist Location: Lebanon, NH Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $50 to $52 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 7 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/10/2026 About the Position The ideal candidate will work with individuals of all ages to help them develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills. You will assess patient needs, design personalized therapy plans, and support individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical, psychological, and cognitive abilities through standardized and informal assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional skills Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and caregivers Educate patients and families about therapy processes and home care strategies Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulations Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Valid license/registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient-focused approach Benefits Competitive salary package
