Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Hospice - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 20 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel HOME HEALTH / HOSPICE CASE MANAGER Hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN - Experience with hospice case management required - Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required. - Prior experience with rural travel preferred. - Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred - Work schedule Monday - Friday Prefer a nurse with no RTO requests for this contract.
