Nurse with step-down skills is sought for a full-time position at a
Gastroenterology Associates office, affiliated with a community
hospital in Nashua, NH. This role demands a dedicated professional
capable of independently providing high-quality nursing care within
established guidelines and hospital protocols. Key
Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing
interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Collaborate
with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop
personalized patient care plans. - Maintain thorough and accurate
medical records; promptly report any changes in patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely in
