Responsibilities Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions using braces, clear aligners, and other appliances Develop and execute customized treatment plans Deliver high-quality care with a focus on patient education and comfort Collaborate closely with an experienced orthodontic and clinical support team Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Certificate from an accredited orthodontic residency program Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient-focused, motivated, and growth-oriented Open to new graduates
