coverage The Provider will be performing primary health care and
seeing all ages for wellness/sick visits follow-up consults,
vaccinations, and prescribe to patients Responsibilities also
include ordering and evaluating necessary tests, patient
management, and collaborating with physicians and other departments
as needed. At least 2 years experience as an NP/PA working in a
primary care/urgent care outpatient setting is required Vermont
license and DEA certified Competitive per diem compensation
