LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Nashua, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Schedule & Ratios - Shift: Nights, 4×12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) - Target Ratios: - Days: 1:5 - Nights: 1:6–7 - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Floating Expectations - Required to float to: - ICU - ED - Other Med-Surg units - May be assigned patient sitting duties. - Will not be assigned patients that fall outside clinical competency. Responsibilities - Manage patients with varied medical conditions: - GI bleeds - Cellulitis - Detox - GI/Respiratory issues - Start and maintain IVs and provide peripheral line care. - Manage surgical drains. - Utilize Epic for charting and documentation. - Participate in interdisciplinary care with teams such as: - PT, RT, Pharmacy, Radiology, Phlebotomy, Social Services, Transportation, Unit Secretary. - Follow the Helping Hands / Team Nursing approach. Requirements Minimum 2 years RN experience. No first?time travelers. Must have active NH RN license. BLS required; Stroke Education (1 hour).
