RN Corrections Days needed in VT Are you a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a correctional setting? Join our team at a Correctional Facility in VT, where your skills will support the health and well-being of the incarcerated population. Required Skills: Valid RN license in Vermont or eligible for licensure Strong clinical knowledge and experience in acute or correctional healthcare settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records Nice to Have Skills: Prior correctional healthcare experience ACLS and BLS certifications Experience working with diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred At least 1-2 years of nursing experience, ideally in correctional, emergency, or acute care settings Other Requirements: Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM, including occasional every other weekend shifts Willingness to start approximately two weeks after offer acceptance Compliance with all facility and agency-specific certifications and training Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
