Job Description:
Catholic Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to join our progressive medical
services team. As part of our esteemed institution, you will play a
critical role in delivering diagnostic imaging services that are
essential for patient care and treatment. We are committed to

involve the use of sophisticated radiographic technology to create
images using radioactive materials, aiding in patient diagnosis and
management. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals or
radioactive compounds to patients to image or treat abnormalities
Operate nuclear medicine equipment safely and effectively to
capture diagnostic images Analyze biologic specimens in the
laboratory to determine levels of radioactive substances Ensure
compliance with health and safety standards to protect patients and
staff Maintain records of radioactive materials, equipment, and
procedures Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan
appropriate treatment for patients Provide support and explanations
to patients during procedures Proficiency in the use of nuclear
medicine technology and equipment Strong analytical skills in
interpreting radiographic data Excellent patient care and
communication skills Knowledge of radioactive safety procedures and
standards Ability to work effectively in both independent and team
environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Certification through the Nuclear Medicine
Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
