Description: Outpatient position. Evaluates and performs physical
therapy treatments on patients with injuries, disabilities, and
diseases according to the prescription of a physician. Maintains
appropriate documentation for patient charts and third-party
reimbursement agencies. Performs other record-keeping activities as
