Medical front office receptionist Plainville, MA 02762 We have an immediate opening for a qualified candidate to fill a full-time, front desk position (approximately 40 hours per week) in our busy Plainville, MA 02762 This position will assist with reception duties including answering phones, scheduling & confirming patient appointments, and completing new patient intake forms as well as general administrative tasks such as scanning and electronically filing office documents. This position will also assist the Practice Manager and billing team with various administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is hard-working, reliable, detail oriented, efficient, and friendly. The person filling this position should have a positive attitude and work well under pressure. The ability to multi-task and be self-motivated are essential for success in this role.
