They're hiring a VP, Product Manager to lead the design, build, and implementation of their Salesforce CRM-transforming how advisors, sales, and clients engage with the firm's wealth platform.This is a high-impact role at the heart of a strategic initiative to modernize client interactions, streamline workflows, and scale the business. You'll be working cross-functionally with the Head of Wealth, IT, and other senior stakeholders to drive product strategy, roadmap development, user adoption, and delivery.What you'll be doing:

Own and lead the Salesforce CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog
Translate business needs into actionable capabilities and solutions
Collaborate with leaders across Wealth, Institutional, and IT teams
Lead CRM implementation and future optimization phases
Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change management
Influence process improvement, client experience, and operational efficiencyWhat we're looking for:
- Deep Salesforce experience (Administrator or Advanced Admin preferred)
- Proven track record leading enterprise CRM builds, ideally in Wealth or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of the private wealth client lifecycle (advisory, onboarding, regulatory, etc.)
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with agile delivery, product ownership, and stakeholder management
