Feast & Fettle is seeking an experienced RETAIL MANAGER to head up our expansion into retail for our fully prepared meal delivery service.What is Feast & Fettle?Feast & Fettle is a gourmet, fully-prepared meal delivery service. Each week at our East Providence production facility, we are preparing, cooking, packaging, and hand-delivering high-quality meals from our fresh weekly menu to our growing member base across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. -In 2023, we are expanding our service by opening local retail stores to make our weekly offerings of prepared meals and grab-and-go items available for walk-in customers.In joining us at F&F, you will work alongside a transparent, high-growth team filled with joyful, ambitious people. Feast & Fettle is also actively growing, and passionate about providing growth opportunities to our employees. -What does a Retail Manager at F&F do?As the on-site leader at our flagship expansion into retail, youll have the opportunity to create the first wholly in-person experience that members can have with the Feast & Fettle brand.This work includes the responsibility to:

• Create a welcoming, positive environment for customers and team members
• Hire, train, and develop retail team members
• Manage schedules within labor budget while maximizing productivity
• Oversee day-to-day operations -
• Develop, initiate, and ensure effective standard operating procedures
• Ensure organization, cleanliness, and high standards of retail store
• Assist customers with strong working knowledge about our story, meals, products, and brand
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner and going above and beyond for our members
• Manage all cash and credit/debit transactions, employee cash outs, and bank depositsWhat does a strong applicant for this position have?
  • 3+ years of management experience in food retail or customer service -
  • Excellent service and leadership skills
