Responsibilities:Senior Program & Change Management Consultant can serve as both the program and change management lead and will be responsible for the successful execution FM Global strategic initiatives (both non-technology and technology)Responsibilities Include:Program & Change ManagementEstablish a strong program/project structure that has clear ownership and accountabilities.
Orchestrate effective execution to deliver in alignment with either iterative/agile or sequential/waterfall methodologies
Manage resource capacity across the program to ensure all resources are used efficiently and effectively.
Build strong relationships and act as a strategic advisor for program leadership.
Build and own a strong program plan that drives alignment, provides transparency, and enables coordinated execution across all components within the program
Coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional dependencies and issues across the program, and across key stakeholders, including Senior Management and suppliers
Lead, support, coach, inspire and motivate project team and provide direction by prioritizing focus areas, defining deliverables and ensuring measurable results
Proactively anticipate, identify, track and resolve project risks and issues. Ensure program and leadership is aware of status and impediments
Establish program financial framework and management plan including estimating , monitoring and controling program costs.
Apply a structured approach to design and implement a change strategy and plan that drives the readiness and adoption required for a program or project
Lead change management activities and create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Ensure successful execution of the change management plan, including stakeholder engagement, successful change communication and support for training and development planning
Ensure project and change management best practices are used for execution and standards are applied throughout the execution lifecycle. Ensure consistent artifacts are delivered across all components
Continually measure the success of our change adoption efforts and project execution
Champion and promote the use of Project Management and Change Management standards and best practices across the organization
Coach and Mentor others in the organization and consult, train and advise on these skills sets
Proactively Lead the buildout and improvement of Project & Change Management standards and continuously improve them to ensure better outcomesQualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, and change management roles with successful track record of leading large-scale programs over multi-year timeframes
• Experience operating within a structured PMO environment and building out new approaches, artifacts and strategies to improve program and change implementation
• Experience driving large enterprise level programs, requiring large scale change management, and demonstrated strength as an enterprise change agent
• Experience implementing projects that contain hybrid delivery approaches (both iterative and sequential delivery)Skills
  • Leadership: Ability to establish a program structure, direction and build a hard-working team through delegation, development, coaching and mentoring. Skilled at navigating FM Global organization to build partnerships, drive synergy and overcome obstacles.
  • Planning & Organizing: Demonstrate a logical, systematic, and orderly approach to establish structure and drive alignment across the program to deliver desired results. Able to monitor team performance across varies delivery methodologies and adjust plans or pace based on progress, performance, risks, and issues.
  • Strategic Thinking: Systematic and strategic problem solver who can foresee long term implication and challenges in implementing large-scale change within a corporate structure. Proactively implement plans and contingencies to address future needs
  • Partnership Building: Ability to build high-performance working relationships grounded in creditability and trust. Nurture lasting meaningful connections that transcends boundaries and overcomes challenges.
  • Presentation & Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, logically, and compellingly in both written and verbal formats to all levels of the organization - Executives to front-line employees.
  • Problem Solving: Expert at anticipating, identifying, and implementing practical and timely solutions to complex multi-faceted problems. Able to balance the needs of different stakeholders in recommendations and solutions.
  • Change Management: Ability to quickly develop understanding of new operating model concepts and drive change adoption
  • Technical Ability: Knowledge of standard documentation tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn and adapt effectively to new operational toolsEducation
    • Bachelor's degree: MS or MBA a strong plus!
    • Program management qualifications (e.g. PMP certification)
