Description We are presently seeking an Assembly Technician for our
Frequency Standards group who will be primarily responsible for
circuit board population, soldering, and assembling various
sub-assemblies and finish goods. These activities are key to the
fabrication and performance of this product line. What you'll do /n
- Work with and assemble small parts some of which will require use
of a microscope; /n - Hand solder to J-Standard and Space Addendum;
/n - Clearly, read and follow work instructions, assembly prints
and other manufacturing documentation; /n - Works in a work-team
setting in a safe and productive manner; /n - Performs other
related duties of comparable complexity as directed; /n -
Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the
organization verbally and in writing. /n /nWhat you need /n -
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; /n - 2-5 years of
assembly and hand soldering experience; /n - Solder electronic
hardware to J-STD and Space Addendum (certification required after
training); /n - Strong manual hand/finger dexterity; /n -
Experience with torque wrenches and screwdrivers; /n - Works and
relates well to others; /n - Basic computer skills; /n - Previous
experience in a team-based workplace is desirable; /n - Ability to
compress common size wire strippers and crimping tools; /n -
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; /n - Ability to work in a position
requiring fine motor skills and repetitive motion; /n - Ability to
sit for 6-8 hours a day; /n - Ability to clearly read and interpret
all work instructions and assembly prints; /n - Able to work on
assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognized the need
for occasional deviation from accepted practice; /n - Ability to
adhere to gowning requirements in a controlled environment which
would include wearing finger cots, gloves, ESD Smocks and Safety
Glasses. /n - Please note that due to the requirements from the

Salary Range: $39,000.00-$52,000.000 Pay Transparency The
anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
