Job Description:
The Manufacturing Systems Engineer is a precision manufacturer
working on advanced machining processes for complex part used in
the aerospace and defense industry. This role involves multi-axis
programming, process optimization, and developing automated
strategies to support high-performance production. Client Details

Manufacturing Systems Engineer will include: Develop and refine CNC
programs for complex parts used in high-precision, defense and
space industries. Lead the setup, testing, and validation of
machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Support the
design of custom fixtures and tooling to improve consistency and
repeatability. Collaborate with engineering, production, and
quality teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance work flows. Drive
process improvements through automation strategies and continuous
evaluation of machining methods. Profile The Manufacturing Systems
Engineer should have: 6 years of hands-on CNC programming
experience. Comfortable working in fast-paced, precision-focused
environments tied to industries like aerospace or defense. Strong
understanding of machining principles, tooling, and quality
standards. Able to interpret technical data and inspection results
to make informed process adjustments. Demonstrates a proactive,
solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
