Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

  Job Details
  Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems for automation and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct tests and studies to modify and verify the functionality of equipment and processes.
  • Procure, install, and maintain production equipment and tools.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to resolve issues.
  • Conduct research to develop and test new processes and procedures.
  • Optimize workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout for manufacturing efficiency. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
    • Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, work orders, and electrical schematics.
    • Familiarity with lean principles and their application to increase efficiency.
    • Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
