Perform routine and preventive maintenance on processing equipment to ensure smooth operations Diagnose mechanical issues and repair or replace defective components Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and minimize production interruptions Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Document maintenance activities and report on system status Strong mechanical and technical skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals Excellent problem-solving abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with safety compliance and procedures in an industrial environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or equivalent are preferred
