Job Description Job Description Description: As a Landscape Maintenance Team Member, you will provide routine maintenance and care for various landscapes, including residential and commercial properties. Your role is crucial to deliver high-quality landscaping work that enhances the beauty of client properties. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services, including spring cleanups, mulching, mowing, garden services, pruning, fall cleanups, and other specialty services. Work as part of a team under the direction of the Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader. Communicate effectively with team members and report progress on tasks. Equipment Management: Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the crew leader. Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for the task. All other duties as assigned. Seasonal Snow Removal: Assist with snow removal duties (shoveling, plowing, salt/sand application) during the winter months as necessary. Requirements: Skills and Qualifications Skilled in operating tools, vehicles, and small engine equipment safely. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). A valid driver’s license (preferred) DOT Medical Certification Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Schedule Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 4:30 PM (Weekends and extended hours as needed) Seasonal April 1st - November 30th Our Values As a team member, you play a vital role in upholding our company values.
