and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Newton,
Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position within the
non-profit sector, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute

will demonstrate strong organizational abilities and a commitment
to maintaining accuracy in all tasks. Responsibilities: •
Accurately input and update data into computer systems and
databases. • Verify the integrity of data by cross-checking
information for errors and inconsistencies. • Organize and maintain
electronic and paper files for easy retrieval and reference. •
Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and data
entry processes run smoothly. • Perform routine quality checks on
entered data to uphold accuracy standards. • Keep records up to
date by performing regular updates and corrections as necessary. •
Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure data security
and confidentiality. • Generate reports and summaries based on
entered data, as requested. • Assist with additional administrative
tasks to support department operations.• Proven experience in data
entry or a similar role, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. •
Proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric data entry, with excellent
typing speed. • Familiarity with computer systems and various data
entry software. • Strong attention to detail and a methodical
approach to tasks. • Ability to manage time effectively and
prioritize multiple assignments. • Excellent communication skills
to collaborate with team members. • Understanding of data
confidentiality and security practices. • High school diploma or
equivalent education level.
