Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Billing Specialist to join their finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing the full billing cycle, supervising billing staff, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting of high volume invoicing for both residential and commercial clients. About the Company: Well-established professional services firm with a presence nationwide that services the country's top corporate clients They are seeking an Senior Billing Specialist to join their growing team This role will be located in Long Island (Amityville), New York and is in office full time Some perks include offering free lunch on Fridays, hosting happy hours and other events throughout the year Holiday bonuses Key Responsibilities of Senior Billing Specialist: Process monthly and one-time invoices; manage third-party billing systems Onboard new clients and maintain up-to-date billing records Monitor accounts for non-payments, delays, and discrepancies Reconcile accounts across multiple locations and assist with payment allocations Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams Maintain accurate AR files and process adjustments, receipts, and deposits Prepare billing reports and identify/reconcile discrepancies Qualifications of Senior Billing Specialist: 2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data entry skills Ability to multi-task, work independently, and problem-solve effectively Customer-focused with a proactive, team-oriented mindset INAPR2025 LI-SM1
