This position will assist with accurately and timely meeting data entry needs for month end deadlines, as well as special projects as needed.SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSExternal Communication for invoices will be necessary when needing to fulfill all required end of month deadlinesRetrieve electronic product invoicing and coordinate for timely payment processing, fulfilling all approved discountsPrepare vouchers according to data received from the Inventory Control DepartmentBack up support for any freight and invoice requestsReview documents for accuracy ensuring all paperwork is completed for vendor reconciliation requests and/or auditing purposesReconcile vendor statements maintaining current records at all timesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREDStrong computer skills, Google Suite preferredAn eye for detail and accuracy is imperativeStrong organizational and analytical skillsProfessional telephone, email and interpersonal etiquetteDemonstrated ability to achieve responsibilities and meet deadlinesPositive team playerAbility to collaborate with a team as well as work independentlyBasic math skillsPrior Accounts Payable experience a plusPet Food Experts is an equal opportunity employer.
